International shipping to locations other than Canada is available upon request. Additional shipping rates apply, and delivery time (after processing) is generally between 6 and 14 business days, although it may take longer. Any duty or taxes to be paid are the responsibility of the recipient and are generally due upon pick up at your local post office.

The Bella Flora team will begin filling your order immediately upon receipt. If the items you have selected are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 business day of our receipt of your order. If the items you have selected are not in stock, processing of your order may take up to 3 weeks. In this case, we will contact you immediately to let you know when you can expect to receive your order.

returns & exchanges

All returns are accepted when returned within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Any items that are made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

When exchanging or returning a gift item, we require you to enclose your invoice and unused merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us via UPS, FedEx, or insured mail to the address below. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Bella Flora is not responsible for any uninsured packages lost or damaged in the mail.
